Job Description:


Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service to all clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Maintaining a positive attitude and upholding the company's values in all interactions with customers.


Requirements: 1. Driven and dedicated personality traits to ensure a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. 2. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills to effectively solve problems and address customer needs. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
