Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with any inquiries or concerns they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Confident and driven personality traits are a must. 5. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 6. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 8. Must be able to work well in a team environment.
