Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Genting Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining customer records and updating customer information in the database - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets - Handling any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and motivated personality - Excellent people management and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Fluency in English and Malay
