Job Description:
UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a resilient and energetic personality. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and social media. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth resolution of problems. 5. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 6. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. 7. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. 8. Handle escalated customer service situations with tact and diplomacy. 9. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from customers to improve overall service quality.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Experience with people management and conflict resolution. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly. 9. Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations with grace. 10. Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
