Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Digi.Com Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints in a professional manner, and processing customer orders and requests.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently - Providing product and service information to customers - Communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work independently and confidently - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
