Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia, a leading multinational company in the tobacco industry, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and policies. 6. Contribute to the overall improvement of the customer service process by providing feedback and suggestions.

Requirements: 1. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Experience in project management and people management. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
