Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media. 2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. 4. Maintain customer records by updating account information. 5. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges. 6. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Stay updated on company products and services. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 2. Strong project management and planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education a plus.
