Job Description:

Petronas is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and tracking shipments - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain confident under pressure - Emotional intelligence and cooperation skills - Must be adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and processes
