Job Description:


MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, working from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Strong analytical and presentation skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
