Job Description:


Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers while working remotely. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries. - Provide support to customers experiencing issues with products or services. - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. - Meet or exceed customer service goals and performance metrics set by the company.


Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. - Previous experience in customer service or a related field. - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems. - Must have a quiet home office with a reliable internet connection. - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
