Customer Service Specialist

Job Description: Petron Malaysia is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to all clients who contact the company via phone, email, or in person - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders and handle transactions accurately - Maintain and update customer database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed - Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Resilient and independent individual who can work well under pressure - Strong teamwork and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service is preferred
