Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and confident Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Proton Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of empathy and understanding. 3. Manage customer accounts and provide support with account-related tasks. 4. Communicate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 6. Assist with order processing, shipping, and returns as needed. 7. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our database. 8. Other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Confidence in dealing with a variety of customer inquiries and issues. 3. Strong creativity to come up with innovative solutions to customer problems. 4. Attention to detail in all aspects of customer interaction and record-keeping. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. 7. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
