Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Hartalega Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to answer inquiries and resolve issues - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers - Handle escalated customer complaints with empathy and professionalism - Utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve and find creative solutions for customer issues - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Persuasive and able to influence customer behavior - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
