Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies - Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and service level agreements - Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments - Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
