Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide assistance and support - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product returns in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers - Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
