Job Description:


As a Customer Service Specialist at Nestlé Malaysia, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance, information, or have complaints. Your role will involve answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and independent personality traits. 3. Strong time management and creativity skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
