Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. The successful candidate will have a strong drive to excel in their work and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and ensure accurate and on-time delivery - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
