Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team at UEM Sunrise Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will need to ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. 8. Provide administrative support as required.

Requirements: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 3. Strong teamwork and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
