Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team at British American Tobacco Malaysia in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. 7. Handle escalations and complaints with empathy and professionalism. 8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Independent and hardworking individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong presentation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 5. Proficient in MS Office and customer service software. 6. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
