Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team at SIRIM Berhad. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers - Handling and resolving customer complaints and escalations effectively - Documenting all customer interactions and keeping accurate records - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Creating presentations to share with customers and internal stakeholders


Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree preferred
