Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 3. Utilize CRM system to document customer interactions and update necessary information. 4. Assist with order processing and shipment tracking. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. 3. Energetic personality with a positive attitude. 4. Experience in planning and presenting information effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
