Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service roles - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required - Passionate and resilient personality traits - Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills - Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home
