Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: Maxis Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate level position, the successful candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resilient and motivated individual who possesses excellent analysis and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction - Provide support and assistance to customers remotely through various communication channels - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Assist in creating and implementing customer success strategies to meet company goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field - At least 4 years of experience in customer success or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Experience with remote customer support tools is a plus
