Penerangan Pekerjaan - Remote Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. As a part-time entry-level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Customer Success team in providing exceptional support to our clients. This role will primarily focus on maintaining relationships with customers, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers through various channels (email, phone, chat) to address inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our services. 3. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction. 5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Reliable and driven individual with strong leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to analyze data and identify key insights. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
