Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our customer success team in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to grow and advance within the company.


Responsibilities: - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing them with the necessary information and resources to ensure a smooth transition - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any questions or concerns they may have - Work closely with the customer success team to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement - Research industry best practices and trends to help drive customer success initiatives - Assist in organizing and coordinating customer events and workshops - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Help develop and maintain customer success metrics and reports


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent research skills to stay informed on industry trends and best practices - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
