Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Petronas in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Assist in managing customer accounts and relationships - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Help customers navigate our products and services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer success initiatives - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Support in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Help plan and organize customer events and programs


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities - Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
