Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Assistant in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues through various communication channels - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively seek feedback for continuous improvement - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Support the Customer Success team in various administrative tasks

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role - Dedicated and adaptable personality traits - Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
