Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals, and provide solutions to meet those needs. - Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through the implementation process. - Monitor customer accounts and usage to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. - Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and contribute to overall business growth. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple priorities. - Strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for customer growth and success. - Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related field is required. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
