Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Success Assistant. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Assist customers with product inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and implement strategies to increase customer retention - Continuously strive to improve customer experience and satisfaction

Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking personality traits - Strong persuasion skills and ability to influence customer decisions - Excellent project management skills to handle multiple customer accounts - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
