Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will work remotely from home in Kuala Lumpur, MY on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and solutions to their inquiries and issues - Assist customers in navigating our products and services, troubleshoot any technical problems they may encounter - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to improve our products and services - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes

Requirements: - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in using basic computer applications and software
