Job Description:


Petron Malaysia is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and adaptable. Additionally, the candidate should have strong soft skills in critical thinking and innovation.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive customer retention and growth - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement customer success strategies and initiatives - Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are being met - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer-facing role - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong critical thinking and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
