Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Onboard new customers and provide training on our products and services - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions for customers - Assist in the organization and execution of customer events and workshops

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
