Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Provide onboarding and training to new customers to ensure successful implementation of our products/services. 3. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to customers. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to provide insights for product development and improvement. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and reduce churn rates. 7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer retention and expansion strategies.

Requirements: 1. Adaptability and dedication to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong people management and negotiation skills. 3. 4+ years of experience in customer success or a related field. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
