Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in George Town, Penang. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Help customers navigate our products or services, providing assistance and guidance as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our offerings - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers as needed

Requirements: - Confident and driven personality - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred
