Customer Success Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as email, phone calls, and live chat. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Provide product recommendations and assistance with troubleshooting to enhance customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes. 5. Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the team.

Requirements: 1. Driven and energetic personality traits to engage with customers effectively. 2. Adaptability to respond to changing customer needs and creatively solve problems. 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to actively listen to customers. 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Must have a quiet work environment conducive to remote work.
