Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 6 years of experience in customer success roles, who is motivated and energetic, and possesses strong persuasion and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success with our products and services - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and proactively communicate with them to provide support and gather feedback - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as needed - Monitor key performance indicators and report on progress to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer success roles - Motivated and energetic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and critical thinking skills - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
