Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position with a minimum requirement of 5 years of experience, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Create and deliver presentations to customers on product updates and best practices - Manage and track customer success metrics to measure performance and impact - Identify and engage with key stakeholders within customer organizations to maximize success - Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles - Driven and motivated personality traits - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
