Job Description:
MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them utilize our products and services effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Lead and mentor junior customer success team members - Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the customer success department
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of success in customer success roles - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven, adaptable, innovative, and a natural leader - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Experience with CRM software and customer success tools - Knowledge of the MYEG Services Berhad products and services is a plus
