Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services - Onboard new customers and provide training on how to use our products effectively - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing customers - Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to address any issues or concerns - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Independent and passionate about helping customers succeed - Emotional intelligence and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
