Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role to help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations. 2. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer goals. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities to enhance the customer experience. 6. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to gather feedback and improve service delivery. 7. Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our offerings. 8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry and market to better serve our customers.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role. 3. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. 4. Resourceful and dedicated with a strong attention to detail. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
