Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


Media Prima Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer success, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges - Act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating internal resources to address customer needs - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to drive revenue growth - Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, making recommendations for improvement where necessary - Provide ongoing training and support to clients to optimize their use of our products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation in our customer success strategy - Attend industry events and conferences to network with clients and stay abreast of industry trends


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in customer success or account management role - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong innovation and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and driving revenue growth - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
