Customer Success Manager - Work from home

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 6 years of experience in customer success or a related field, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.

As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients. This includes onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support and training, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, and will be responsible for building strong relationships and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you will also be responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying trends and patterns, and using this information to make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure that our customers are receiving the best possible experience with our products and services.

The successful candidate will possess a combination of resilience and drive, as well as creativity and attention to detail. You must be able to think outside the box, problem-solve effectively, and have a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you must be able to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
