Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Manager to join our team at Hilton. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our customers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level employee with at least 5 years of experience in a customer service role, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Proactively engage with customers to identify areas of improvement and provide solutions to enhance their experience with Hilton - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively - Monitor customer feedback and identify trends to make recommendations for process improvements - Track and report on key metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention - Provide regular updates to management on customer success initiatives and outcomes
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong people management and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferred
