Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to work from home in George Town, Penang, MY. This position is ideal for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty - Monitor customer health and satisfaction metrics, taking proactive measures to address any concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer success - Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and retention metrics to senior management

Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong planning and organizational skills - High emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment
