Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients remotely through various communication channels - Managing and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention - Developing and implementing customer success strategies to achieve company goals - Analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns promptly - Utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively - Conducting regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met - Utilizing presentation skills to deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to customers - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Adaptable and resilient, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Previous experience in customer success or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed
