Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Success Officer to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our customers. This position is part-time and entry-level, with 1 year of experience preferred.


Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met - Proactively reaching out to customers to understand their challenges and provide solutions - Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the customer experience - Providing product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Developing and implementing customer success strategies to increase retention and satisfaction rates - Meeting or exceeding customer success metrics and targets - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and customer success best practices


Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
