Job Description:
UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and working to find solutions to their needs.
Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and escalations - Provide product information and demonstrations to customers - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
