Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers while ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. This role will primarily involve working remotely from Kuala Lumpur, MY.

Responsibilities: 1. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns promptly. 2. Provide product demos and training sessions to customers to ensure they are able to fully utilize our offerings. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is addressed and improvements are made to enhance the customer experience. 4. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 5. Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive retention and loyalty.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer success or similar role. 2. Hardworking and resourceful individual with strong problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent presentation and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 6. Experience working remotely and with remote teams is a plus.
