Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are satisfied with our products and services, ultimately leading to their success and retention.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to any issues they may encounter - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as email, phone, and chat - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to maximize their usage and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop customer success strategies and initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct customer feedback surveys to gather insights for continuous improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer success or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptability to rapidly changing environments - Strong negotiation skills - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
