Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Officer to join our team. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs internally - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Monitor customer health metrics and address any potential red flags - Track customer interactions in CRM system and provide regular reports to management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer success or a similar role - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong planning and time management skills
